What to do tonight: 10/9

Part II of  Fall Weekend. Here’s to everyone who didn’t take yesterday’s advice:

RISD Art Sale, Benefit St. (between Waterman and Hopkins Sts.), 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Okay, so this event isn’t technically tonight, but that doesn’t mean attending wouldn’t be right. RISD students and alumni will be selling their wares, and boys we know your walls are still bare. So drag yourselves down the hill and your posters won’t be run-of-the-mill.

WBRU Cheap Date with ZOX, Lupo’s, 6:30-9:30 P.M.

2003 Rock Hunt Winners, ZOX, return to their hometown for their only concert of the year tonight.  Check out their last performance at Lupo’s here. Tickets onsale at www.lupos.com

Brown New Music presents I.M.P.R.O.V., Grant Recital Hall, 8:00-9:30 P.M.

Brown New Music is dedicated to providing students the chance to experience the world of avant-garde and experimental music…for free! Tonight’s concert promises all sorts of improvisational musical multimedia. Enjoy!
