Iced Coffee Floats @ the Blue Room!
Chef Aaron is at it again with another treat to make the Blue Room even more appetizing – iced coffee floats! Same concept as a root beer float, only better suited to all you coffee lovers. The floats will use local ice cream from SoC0 Creamery in western Mass, including Mexicali Chocolate, Espresso Cookie, and Crème Caramel. The best part…wait for it….the floats go on sale at 4 pm! And we all know what that means – meal credits! So kick off the long weekend with an iced coffee float (4-7 pm today) and feel free to rub the frothy glory in the faces of all of us who decided to flee campus Friday at noon!
