This Wednesday through Sunday, Brown will be hosting 31°N 35°E, an Israeli and Palestinian film festival. Throughout the festival, six movies will be screened that attempt to demonstrate a wide variety of perspectives on a historically contentious issue. According to the festival’s website, the festival’s goal is to use these films to encourage discourse between people on all sides of the issue.
All screenings will take place in MacMillan 117. The festival’s website lists the exact dates and descriptions of each film. You can check out trailers for five of the six films after the jump.
