Cheer your hearts out: 4/13 – 4/15

Co-captain Robbie Schlesinger '12 and the rest of the men's lax crew hope to beat Yale at home under Friday night lights.

One of the most beloved spring sports is having one of its biggest games of the season in front of its home town crowd. You know what this means? This means you have to cheer your hearts out. Because they’re your fellow classmates. And because we don’t like Yale.

Lacrosse isn’t sophisticated enough for you, you say? Here’s the full weekend home schedule:

Friday, April 13
If men’s lacrosse loses to Yale at 7 p.m., we’re going to blame Friday the Thirteenth.

Saturday, April 14
In case you didn’t know, Saturday is supposed to be the nicest day we’ve had in WEEKS, so you might as well spend it watching the baseball or softball teams in their doubleheaders against Dartmouth at noon and 12:30 p.m., respectively. Or you can watch one baseball game, and then walk the couple of hundred feet to see some softball. It’s so convenient!

When guys hitting a lot of fly balls gets too boring for you, perhaps you can hop over to the tennis courts to see men’s tennis take on Cornell at 2 p.m..

If your lax obsession wasn’t satiated the night before, women’s lacrosse plays Sacred Heart at 6 p.m.

Sunday, April 15
Baseball and softball. Different day, same opponent, same time, same place, same deal.

Men’s tennis at 2 p.m. In case you’re already starting to feel a sense of deja vu, this time the squad is taking on Columbia instead of Cornell.

We’re almost at the end of paper production! But didn’t spring sports just start?! Don’t worry, the sports news never stops, just follow BDH Sports on Twitter!
