Where did these hilarious signs come from?

I’ve seen a handful of these signs around campus today but have no idea where they came from. If you’ve seen other funny ones or know the origin of these, let us know in the comments. I won’t be too disappointed if I don’t find out, though — I like the idea of an anonymous litter-fighting vigilante running around, keeping us clean.
