Cheer your hearts out: 4/27 – 4/29

Sam Hurster '14 and the rest of the lax squad battle Dartmouth for a spot in the Ivy League playoffs.
Just because there are no more recaps coming your way in The Herald doesn’t mean you should stop cheering for Bruno. While everyone else relaxes during reading period or stresses out about finals, your fellow classmates are donning uniforms and hoping to keep their dreams alive. So while you’re lounging around during reading period, take a walk over to the athletic complexes to see these competitions:
Friday, April 27
Baseball and softball have doubleheaders against Yale at 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively.
Saturday, April 28
Women’s lacrosse takes on Cornell at noon.
Men’s tennis takes to the court against Yale at 2 p.m.
For Senior Day, the men’s lacrosse team fights to keep its hopes of making the playoffs alive against Dartmouth at 3 p.m.
Sunday, April 29
The track and field squads host the Brown Springtime Invitational at Brown Stadium, starting at 10:30 a.m.
Brown is also hosting the Collegiate Water Polo Association Eastern Championship at the new (and beautiful) athletic complex, so if you haven’t made the trek over there yet, be sure to check it out!
