I was really excited to make a playlist including this year’s Spring Weekend lineup. But without an official announcement (yet…), we’re left to Facebook rumors like Pitbull, Lil Bow Wow and Cisco.
If I really wanted to see Bow Wow flop a performance, I’d just watch Like Mike on Netflix. (57%, Rotten Tomatoes? Come on.)
…Meanwhile, other normal things were happening in the world, like Pharrell Williams playing the drums for last night’s Oscar telecast and The Muppets and Bret McKenzie from Flight of the Concords winning Best Original Song for Man or Muppet.

This Week’s Playlist Leap Ear ======================
Hip
Smiler ft. Lana Del Rey - Spender This track is definitely my favorite of the week and LDRs vocals on the hook don’t hurt.
G-Eazy ft. Dominique LeJeune - Marilyn
TiDUS - The Age slow and mellow, but give it a few listens and it catches on
Kid Cudi - Dose of Dopeness
Chiddy Bang - Zeros
Odd Future - Rella
Nicki Minaj ft. Lil Wayne - Roman Reloaded
Hodgy Beats - If Heaven is a Ghetto
Hip Hop
Chiddy Bang - By Your Side
Jin - Nick of Time new song from Jin about some dude named Jeremy Lin. You heard of him?
Phonte - The Good Fight
Hi-Rez ft. Kyle B - Music In Me
Domo Genesis ft Wiz Khalifa - Ground Up Does this intro remind anyone else of Zelda?
Curren$y - Pay Attention
Meek Mill ft. Rick Ross - Erday Definitely one of the most intelligent songs I’ve ever heard. I mean, Meek Mill was a Rhodes Scholar, right?
Alright, this is a pretty healthy playlist this week. Consider it a holiday bonus. And if you’re really hard up on time-wasters, check out these dubstep Christmas lights.
