As the semester progresses at the speed of light, the senior class is beginning to make peace with that fateful day in May: Commencement. Until the class of 2014 leaves us, BlogDH wants to highlight all the interesting things they’ve been up to. People might know me as… The weird European kid who went from wearing dress shirts everyday to never changing out of his sweat pants.
In my time at Brown, I am most proud of… Having served on the board of Buxton International House. Shoutout to Buxton: You are some of the most amazing people I have ever met and you have changed my life forever. One more time.
On a Friday night, you might find yourself… Playing Call of Duty or FIFA until 10:00 p.m., then Ale House or GCB, and then finishing the night off at party in the Buxton suite or basement.
The best class/professor at Brown is… Best class is Economic Growth and best professor is Rebecca Weitz-Shapiro.
Three things you wish you knew freshman year…
1. Providence is actually a beautiful city that’s worth exploring.
2. DO NOT TAKE ECONOMETRICS if you don’t absolutely have to.
3. Your time at Brown is short. Four years seems like a lifetime when you first start, but it goes by much faster than you think. Ergo, take advantage of every second of it. Continue Reading
