Where’s the Rubik’s Cube?

The ProJo mentioned in an article yesterday (“Why Ugly Buildings Get Stupid Names”) that Brown University owns a building columnist David Brussels calls the Rubik’s Cube. Or Old Stone Square.

From what we can find though, it doesn’t appear as though Brown owns the building. It seems like the University originally purchased the building in 2005 with plans to house the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology there but later shuttled the plans and sold the building in 2009.

Who owns the building? And more importantly, does it indeed resemble a Rubik’s Cube?
